Our interns will join us in hosting short term teams, and engaging in a variety of projects. These will likely include the construction of homes as well as assisting in the feeding program and the discipleship to children in the barrio of Cristo Rey. They will serve at New Life's children center in numerous capacities that would include playing with children, helping with daily tasks, organization, cleaning, small construction or maintenance projects, and evangelism. It is also a posibility that they will be engaged with work at the property of our future ministry center.
NLN wants everyone to have a well rounded view of missions in Nicaragua, and we also want everyone to experience the beauty and culture of this country. We hope to plan a few experiences that will open eyes to the wonderful things that Nicaragua has to offer.
